I was successful getting B of A and Aurora to postpone 2 trustees sale dates that were scheduled for 09/28/2010.

Most banks except for Wells Fargo will postpone the Trustees Sale or Foreclosure date if you have a valid offer and HUD submitted for approval.

Banks want to help you successfully complete a short sale because it is a better business decision then the alternative which is foreclosing.  The average estimated extra cost to these banks is 15-20% of the eventual sales price.

If you need to do a short sale anywhere in San Joaquin, Stanislaus, or Sacramento County please use this website or give me a call/email to see if it is the right decision for you and your situation.
